At YourLibaas, we strive to ensure you love your designer ethnic wear; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn garments with original tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the apparel is folded in its original packaging with all designer labels, authentic cards, and invoices included for a successful pickup.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package and provide you with a return acknowledgment receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
